2.1 Eligibility for Return or Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges of products under the following conditions:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a product that is defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a return or exchange of the product at no additional cost to you.
  • Unopened and Unused Products: Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened, and unused. They must also be in their original packaging to be eligible for a return or exchange.

2.2 Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or Used Products: Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom or Personalized Items: Items that are customized or personalized, including custom tattoo designs or specific aftercare products, are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

3.2 Return Authorization

Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not return the product without prior authorization, as it may not be processed.

Returned products must be shipped back to us within 14 days of receiving the Return Authorization. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain the shipping receipt for your records. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Exchanges will be sent out after the returned product has been received and processed.
